Moe’s Southwest Grill is best known for out-of-this-world southwestern fare and the enthusiastic “Welcome to Moe’s!” greeting. The Triangle-area marketing cooperative had suffered from lackluster promotional efforts that didn’t come close to matching the fun and engaging attitude of the brand. Enter FWV’s innovative integrated marketing program that breathed new life into the fast-casual concept with a combination of event marketing, advertising, community partnerships, public relations and social media. The program built loyalty and encouraged viral and word-of-mouth buzz, engaging consumers and adding value to the dining experience. After exceeding business goals in the first 12 months, the Charlotte-area co-op has also joined the FWV family.
