RALEIGH, N.C. (June 10, 2008) – French/West/Vaughan (FWV), one of the nation’s largest independent public relations, public affairs and brand communications agencies, has received a Bronze Anvil Award, which represents the highest level of tactical achievement in the public relations industry.
FWV received one of the coveted Bronze Anvil awards for its “Riders: A Media Tea Party for Dolls of All Sizes” press event in the Media Relations – Consumer Products (Non-Packaged Goods) category. In support of the Riders by the Makers of Lee apparel brand, FWV created a distinctive and memorable event with a “One Size Fits Dolls” theme, reinforcing brand messaging that Riders has clothes to fit “dolls” of all shapes and sizes. The event exceeded expectations resulting in more media coverage than garnered by any other single media push in brand history.
