"French/West/Vaughan has become an invaluable extension of Justin Boot Company’s PR department and a huge asset within our marketing matrix. Historically, Justin Brands has not employed an outside agency to assist with public relations due to a limited marketing budget. FWV was given a very conservative budget to work with on our behalf and it has been, by far, the most efficient and most effective dollars we have invested this year in the marketing of our brand.

We increased impressions by 30 percent and were able to generate ad value equivalent to twice the dollars budgeted for advertising. One of our key brand initiatives was to gain distribution into middle- and upper-middle tier accounts, using PR as major leverage. This was accomplished – we have sold more boots into New York City at such major accounts as Nordstrom’s, Macy’s, Bloomingdales, Lord & Taylor, David Z and Jildor’s in the last three months than we had sold in the previous 12-month period. French/West/Vaughan was an instrumental partner in making this happen.

We were able to create a very successful media event targeting the stylists and editors who work at the major fashion publications to launch a new line called Justin Vintage. No detail was left uncovered making the actual event flow seamlessly and each editor was treated to a first-class presentation and given individual attention so they left feeling more knowledgeable about our company and our products. The follow-up on the event was phenomenal, generating editorial features equivalent to over half a million dollars in ad value for this new line in these fashion publications. This helped to accomplish another key initiative to target a more upscale, contemporary consumer.
