Target Mobile Taps FWV For National Rollout

RALEIGH, N.C. (October 16, 2007) – French/West/Vaughan (FWV), one of the nation’s largest independent public relations, public affairs and eMERGING media agencies, has been selected by Target Mobile, a wireless marketing company, to provide business development, public relations and sales consulting services.

Target Mobile creates mobile text message marketing campaigns that permit clients to send text messages to their customers.  The service is currently used by schools, enabling officials to instantly reach students, parents and faculty via a text message to their cell phones in the event of an emergency.  FWV is helping the firm get properly positioned to target national brands, primarily through their marketing agencies.

“With the help of FWV, we will develop a national position for our company to offer our service on a broad scale,” said Target Mobile president Ryan DellaCrosse.  “We are confident that FWV will provide a high level of strategic marketing counsel and execution that will separate us from other companies coming into the emerging wireless platform.”

“Research indicates 89% percent of brand managers are exploring ways to market their products or services via mobile technology platforms,” said FWV president & CEO Rick French. “With the mobile media market growing exponentially, we look forward to raising awareness of Target Mobile as an industry thought leader in the wireless space.”
