PRWeek Names FWV as Agency of the Year Finalist

RALEIGH, N.C. (January 16, 2007) – French/West/Vaughan (FWV), one of the nation’s largest independent public relations, public affairs and brand communications agencies, has been named a finalist for PRWeek magazine’s “Midsize PR Agency of the Year” award.

PRWeek magazine is the industry’s leading trade publication, and its esteemed awards acknowledge the industry’s most outstanding accomplishments. The award for “Midsize PR Agency of the Year” recognizes financial and client-list growth, client retention, and PR creativity and innovation.

The other finalists for “Midsize PR Agency of the Year” are San Francisco-based Bite Communications and Text 100 Public Relations, New York-based Chandler Chicco Agency, and Washington, D.C.-based Qorvis Communications. The winners of this year’s PRWeek awards will be announced at an awards ceremony March 8, 2007 at Tavern on the Green in New York City.
