Overview of Job Function:
FWV seeks an experienced digital account executive with a diverse creative, technical and analytical skill set. The right candidate will perform a wide range of duties including developing, implementing and managing online advertising, email and social media campaigns. Candidates should have 3-5 years of digital advertising and marketing experience (PPC, SEO, Social experience preferred).
Responsibilities Include (but, not limited to):
- Contribute to the development and execution of PPC advertising, email marketing and other integrated marketing campaigns
- Create integrated annual strategic plans for large brands
- Manage and monitor social media content across different channels
- Develop and manage schedules for multiple clients and creative deliverables
- Conduct brainstorming and creative strategy sessions
- Oversee performance of accounts, ensuring quality work, deadline and budget adherence
- Produce monthly reports for clients
- Demonstrate proficiency in writing and editing communications
- Showcase leadership abilities by keeping current on the industry trends and issues affecting client's business
- Effectively articulate ideas to clients, colleagues and other partners
- Communicate directly with clients on a daily basis
Specific Requirements:
- BA/BS degree in advertising, marketing or related field
- 3-5 years of advertising and/or digital marketing experience (agency experience is strongly preferred, but not required)
- Experience with direct client relations/communications
- Experience in leveraging data driven research/analysis to drive strategic direction
- Basic knowledge of Email Marketing platforms
- Experience in managing PPC campaigns
- Basic SEO knowledge
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Power Point
- Experience in working with social media brand pages/accounts
- Excellent verbal, written communication & presentation skills

Front-end Developer
FWV is looking for an extraordinary front-end developer with a solid grasp of web standards and the ability to tackle tough web design challenges with smart design thinking and priority to user experience. Project work would include websites, Facebook pages, landing pages, and html emails as well as wire framing and designing great experiences for our clients' customers on the web.
Minimum requirements:
- Two to four years of experience
- Experience with HTML, CSS, jQuery, and cross browser implementation
- Ability to create graceful fallbacks for browsers
- Ability to cut and slice pixel perfect .psd files for development
- Experience with Foundation or Twitter Bootstrap
- Experience coding templates various Email Service Providers
- Solid understanding of Wordpress and how to build a Wordpress theme
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- PHP programing skills
- Javascript
- Any other relevant CMS experience
- Integration expereince with API's and Databases

Integrated Senior Account Executive
Overview of Job Function:
Perform a wide range of duties including developing, implementing and managing client advertising, digital media, public relations and integrated marketing programs. Serve as key liaison among client, account team and agency management. Candidates should have 3-5 years of advertising, public relations and/or digital marketing experience (agency experience is strongly preferred, but not required).
Responsibilities Include (but, not limited to):
- Contribute to the development and execution of advertising, digital, public relations and integrated marketing campaigns
- Produce creative briefs, POVs, competitive analyses, etc.
- Develop and manage schedules for multiple clients and creative deliverables
- Conduct brainstorming and creative strategy sessions
- Work with media buying team to analyze and report on results of campaigns
- Oversee performance of accounts, ensuring quality work, deadline and budget adherence
- Serve as a contact to clients and foster trustworthy client-agency relationship
- Anticipate and address clients’ needs
- Troubleshoot clients problems; seek senior management input whenever appropriate
- Demonstrate proficiency in writing and editing communications
- Showcase leadership abilities by keeping current on the industry trends and issues affecting client's business
- Effectively articulate ideas to clients, colleagues and other partners
- Access agency’s network of resources to deliver greatest value to clients and build incremental business by participating in new business RFPs and presentations

FWV seeks a Media Coordinator with a strong understanding of the roles each advertising medium plays in a marketing campaign. The right candidate will perform a wide range of duties including planning, implementing and tracking media campaigns. Candidates with 1-3 years of advertising and marketing experience across traditional and digital platforms preferred.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Contribute to the development of objectives and strategies across all media platforms laddering up to client goals
- Effectively articulate ideas to clients, colleagues and other partners
- Conduct media research using specialized industry resources
- Meet with vendors and provide overview of relevant capabilities
- Prepare media proposals, including cost schedules and timelines
- Construct and issue all media IOs
- Coordinate creative asset schedule and delivery with media vendors
- Maintain detailed records of media placements and schedule
- Monitor and optimize digital ad campaigns
Specific Requirements:
- BA/BS degree in advertising, marketing or related field
- 1-3 years of advertising and/or marketing experience preferred (agency experience is strongly preferred, but not required)
- Experience in traditional marketing as well as current knowledge of trends and innovations in emerging media
- Strong knowledge of implementing buys from the planning stage through invoice reconciliation
- Clear understanding of research and how it fits into the media planning process
- Work with senior team members to set media objectives and strategies
- Work collaboratively with cross-departmental teams
- Proven account management capabilities
